To provide our customers with exceptional results, we have developed a quality management system, that includes:
- Project management office (PMO) – independent unit responsible for QMS development and quality improvement, application of QM activities in projects, company resource planning, tailoring standard processes to project needs, staff training for standards, procedures, tools, etc.
- Project manager – responsible for overall project management
- Architect – responsible for project technical management
- Configuration manager – responsible for project configuration management
- Developer – responsible for project development and testing
All quality management activities (quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, quality improvement) are based on IEEE and SEI CMMI standards.
