Business and delivery models

To better respond to project and customers' needs, we offer following options for price charging and staff location:

Business models

Fixed price model. You will pay the fixed price, agreed in advance after accepting delivery. Through acceptance, you will verify, if all deliverables are in full compliance and if all work results are done in time, within budget, in accordance with specifications and other quality criteria.
Time and material model. You will pay for reported hours over a project. To meet the needs of your project, you are able to customize the size of the project team any time.

Offshore. All project activities are conducted at Fortess main development facilities in Novosibirsk, Russia.
Onsite/offshore. Some parts of project activities are carried out at your office: consulting, analyzing, specification clarifying, support, etc.
